they never tell you when they are backordered on your medication until you come to pick it up. never tell you that need something from the doctor until it is after hours.
RecommendedI use this pharmacy all the time and rarely have a bad experience. On the rare occasions that I do, it is usually not because of the staff. They always greet me when I come in and the Pharmacy staff is very helpful.
I don't generally leave reviews but I've had enough of the employees at this store. I shop here a few times a week for more years then it's been CVS. The managers are rude and don't even get me started on the people in the pharmacy. I feel bad for the cashiers that have to put up with angry people because the manager has a terrible attitude and her customer service is horrible. Today was my last visit.
