Female pharmacist was snotty and unwilling to help I was waiting patiently( they were busy) by consulting area to ask question the pharmacist looked up and asked if I had a question I responded yes she continued to finish up her work as she never came to counter, so I moved towards the register area and she looked at me again and asked if I had a question I said yes and realized from the last time that she wasn’t going to leave her elevated work space to privately answer question she did abruptly answer ... read more

Tonight 12/3 the pharmacist and the pharmacist technician did an excellent job at handling five of my prescriptions. I was upset with the long wait as were other customers there, but they stayed professional and dedicated to calling a competitor pharmacy to make sure I got all five filled. Good job CVS for handling it all with such grace.
Their lack of communication is ridiculous! My husband got the flu, & after 24 hours of waiting on the prescription, I stopped by the wrong pick up my own meds & checked on his since there had been zero communication. Come to find out the store was out & I had to drive nearly 30 minutes out of the way to get it filled. When I get there, it’s still not ready & I had to wait another 20 minutes. Took my grand daughter to urgent care last night and left with 3 prescriptions sent to our local CVS. Knowing we wouldn’t have time to make it over there, we called the closest one to the doctor and they quickly got them transferred. With only 5 minutes to the pharmacy closing! Thank you for taking the time instead of telling us we were too late! Our little one is feeling better!
Cvs overcharged my husband for his diabetes supplies for the third month in a row...due to a computer glitch...which no one seems to be able to fix...again. Such incompetence results in customer dissatisfaction and resulting in our looking elsewhere for services.
