While waiting, waiting and waiting some more on line (Friday night) it was clear one of the cashiers was in training. Took awhile for her to find customer photos then she had to call for additional help. When I finally got to cashier, she had trouble on a return. She got help from SHAWN. When I asked Shawn not to leave in case there were more issues, Shawn 'advised me' - you need to be patient just like she was patient with you using multiple CVS cards. REALLY?
