The customer service is terrible!!!Everytime I have to get a prescription for my kids they are so slow.I mean hours before my perscription is ready.When Ithe doctor has placed it hours before and I don't pick it up for at least a couple hours.They are rude need better management and take a class for customer service.I would never recommend this location to anyone !!!
The workers are beyond rude! Not only do they mess up the medication every single month, they give you nasty attitudes when you question them. They have shorted my dadss medication several times and then tried to charge me a second copay for picking up the rest. All around just horrible business.
Getting some REALLY RUDE people in pharmacy area. 3 different times my doctor has faxed prescriptions over and every time pharmacy has not filled all the prescriptions. They blame the doctor for not faxing it all, even when I have the confirmation page. And then give me MAJOR ATTITUDE! NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL! FIX THIS ISSUE OR I AM MOVING ALL MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
