Long waits, staff doesn’t care, the worst CVS location :( Stood at the window for 20 min straight, zero acknowledgement like I wasn’t even there!
This CVS would rather have two people spend 10 minutes explaining that they want their lunch break than 2 minutes grabbing a life-saving inhaler (which was ready for pickup) for a customer. They also hold your prescriptions hostage for 24 hours, so good luck if you need something urgent. Worst pharmacy experience, and the final reason for why I am transferring all prescriptions away from CVS in the future.
these people have no idea what they are doing and don’t help people. I got in line to buy my medication. they told me that my insurance wasn’t applied to the medication and to get in a different line to add my insurance. the second line told me insurance doesn’t apply to this medication, and I needed to go to the back of the original line. 1 hour wasted instead of just helping me the first time.
