I love cvs compared to Walgreens pharmacy. It’s like night and day. At least from my experience from this location and the Walgreens down the road in PG. this CVS actually acts like they care. The Walgreens has one of the worst customer service people ever. The Walgreens store employees are great and helpful. But not their Pharmacy. Even their store workers at Walgreens say how bad the pharmacy is at customer service.
I had 4 prescriptions at this pharmacy (I have now changed) - one I have refilled every 3 months, but it has a side effect of muscle tension and TMJ for me, by the 4th day, so I only take it 4 days a week for my heavier work days and then I break for 3 days over the weekend. Since that automatically extends my prescription it had been over 3 months since I filled. I needed a specific dose of an over-the-counter medicine and the pharmacist came out to talk about different options and ideas. Super super helpful. The store is really clean and well organized. Love this store!
