customer service at the clayton NC store is horrible!
Two different issues on two seperate weeks. Don't go to this pharmacy unless you want rude people to wait on you,. One of the techs in the back will actually bow up at you like he is going to fight you. Second week one childs prescription filled with s different childs name. This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul with corporate coming in and seeing these problems.

RecommendedPhenomenal staff. Always attentive and patient with concerns. Pharmacist and technicians go above and beyond researching the best price for my medication and working with my insurance. Also received the best flu vaccine I’ve ever had by the Pharmacist. Whole heartedly recommend this store. This is the epitome of a community based pharmacy!
I always get good service and fast pharmacy turn around.
The pharmacist in this store is rude incredibly unprofessional, lacks the most basic customer service skills and should be relieved of his position. The unethical conduct of someone in his position is staggeringly unbelievable. If you are able to utilize a different pharmacy I strongly recommend that you do.
CVS on hwy 70 shorted me 10 days worth of pills. After going talking to the superior and the pharmacist the insurance and my doctor after all that they said that it's my problem and count my meds before you leave the store.. WTF. The crappiest customer service ever. Be aware friends when you leave the store it's your problem.
The CVS in Clayton is the worst. You never get your Rx at the time that they promise. I really don't know what the problem could be but they need to get their ish together because I am going to take my business to Walgreens.
