My mom injured herself on February 11th @9:45 PM. She attempted to file claim with manager, and the incompetent peon refused to accept paperwork for claim. It's now June 17th, and CVS has yet to do ANYTHING to reimburse my mother for her medical bills.
Before you have your doctor send prescriptions here or you go purchase anything from this Pharmacy, you better check around the pricing. They sold me A Prescription that costs me $69.00 dollars more than the average price it goes for. CROOKS. Called and spoke to the Pharmacist and she wouldn't give me refund nor match the other pharmacy price. CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS. They know the market going price. If you are unaware and don't check around and go here, they will stick it to you. BEWAREEE!
They always screw up prescriptions. Never keep past records. They do not keep record of conversations. Very frustrating. It happens all the time.
Love the store. Great prices & friendly employees. Perfect location.
