no communication, and will notify you your prescription is fine and it's not. They don't greet you when you are standing at the pharmacy line until they see others standing.
Pharmacy is the absolute worst. They never answer the phone, my sons prescriptions are always filled incorrectly, things are never ready(we have to call for the script before they even consider filling it), the pharmacist gave me a very poor consultation for an extremely high risk medication and insulted my intelligence when i asked probing questions. I will be transferring my items promptly.
I went into the store a few minutes ago and could not help but notice rat droppings under every aisle shelving. Super bad case of rats and hopefully they stay away from the pharmacy.
This makes me never want to go to a CVS again! I called over four times and got hung up on. No one ever answered the phone at the pharmacy. Then when I went in I watched them ignore the phone calls coming in. When giving them my info I wrote down my address and phone number for them yet they asked me it three times. Then I came back and my husband's prescription was not ready when they said it would be!!!! �
Worst Pharmacy in Missouri City every time I come her I have a problem with my prescription. I hate coming here! I want to go back to Walgreens never had these problems with Walgreens ever!
The pharmacy is horrible. I needed to transfer a prescription for my young son and the other pharmacy (Walgreens, pharmacist was awesome) was on hold for over an hour. I had to call the main line and plead to have someone answer. Hate this pharmacy. I miss my old cvs pharmacy in league city. The rest of the store isn't bad, I can usually find help easily.
Sienna Plantation CVS has messed up my medication once before and I decided to go back after speaking with a manager. Trying to pick up yesterday's medication was horrible as they they told me it would be ready by 5 and then sent a text telling me that it was not in stock. I called them around 6 and they were closing saying that they had my medications, yet I was never contacted. I will not be going back to that location.
