Getting my prescription & trying to get help on figuring out if it can go through my insurance or not was the most stressful thing ever, the technician Sam who has red hair & glasses was extremely unprofessional & rude & rolled her eyes at me like if I were to ask for too much & continued to argue with me when I had her co worker help me out on the sales floor , super unprofessional & not happy with this experience
I’m extremely frustrated and concerned about the inconsistent pricing of my prescription. I was initially told by one technician that it would cost $109, which matched the price shown in the pharmacy app. After leaving to contact my insurance, I called the pharmacy about 10 minutes later as I had additional questions and was suddenly told the prescription was $260 after insurance!
