The store manager Pam, is very unprofessional, it was a very unpleasant experience. She was beyond rude. I asked her a direct question and she then preceded tell me her unwanted opinion about customers asking her questions. Please have retrain her. My first and last time shopping in there !
Always takes 5hrs to fill meds an on top of that they are rude, always on hold for almost an hour before being put on hold again and tonight they said my meds would be ready by 8pm after calling it in at 11am Just for them to tell me at 8:30 PM they cannot fill it because they are low on staff and now I won’t be ready until tomorrow. And I can have seizures without this medicine.
