The staff is good loving it
I’ve tried to get prescriptions filled here several times and it’s near impossible after the doctor calls it in when you call their pharmacy line it takes you through the worst automated system I’ve ever interacted with. There’s no way to talk to a person there’s no way to get status of prescription. Everything seems to be broken. It’s been like this for past six months. I would say very difficult to work with at best.
Phone communication is awful. Cant speak to a live person. In store experience isn't much better. CVS is the worst.
Absolute shit show between American Fork Target CVS and Orem Target CVS. Pharmacist claiming that do to a glitch in THEIR system they can’t transfer my prescription. They advise to call my doctor who is a pain to get hold of when this issue isn’t a call your doctors issue. It’s a fix your glitch issue.
Good experience overall.
