This was my third interaction with the pharmacist, David, and every single experience I’ve had with him has been terrible. At this point, it no longer feels like someone simply having a bad day. I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way to be overly friendly, but I truly didn’t realize basic professionalism and courtesy were too much to expect from a pharmacist. David helped me very quickly. From the time I dropped it off to pick up he was less than 15 minutes. Thank you for your fast services.
I'm totally dissatisfied with the new automated check-in at the pharmacy. In a world that is losing personal connection rapidly, personal service is needed more than ever, not less. I will be switching my pharmacy needs to the local grocery store pharmacy.
Not a pleasant service over the phone. I am not sure how their service is like in person, but I didn't feel heard when I explained to have my prescriptions transferred to this location.
