Horrible customer service. They create unnecessary hassle and make what should be a quick interaction much more frustrating than it needs to be. While I was picking up my prescription, they actually started closing the gate on me mid-interaction just to speed things along. Absolutely appalling customer service.
If I could give a 0 star I would get ride of the AI bullsh*t. Cvs and target are bullion dollars companies pay for techs to answer the call.
This was my third interaction with the pharmacist, David, and every single experience I’ve had with him has been terrible. At this point, it no longer feels like someone simply having a bad day. I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way to be overly friendly, but I truly didn’t realize basic professionalism and courtesy were too much to expect from a pharmacist. David helped me very quickly. From the time I dropped it off to pick up he was less than 15 minutes. Thank you for your fast services.
I'm totally dissatisfied with the new automated check-in at the pharmacy. In a world that is losing personal connection rapidly, personal service is needed more than ever, not less. I will be switching my pharmacy needs to the local grocery store pharmacy.
