Everyone is just really lovely at this CVS. Kind, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
Bad customer service, I had surgery and had to send a loved one to pick up my prescriptions. To make it easier on them I called ahead and left a voicemail for someone to call me back so I could see if they had the medications in stock. When they called back the person was extremely disturbed by the fact I was asking if they had them. It felt like he had the attitude that he was being “bothered” told me one was in stock and the other one needed to be ordered or I would have to buy an over the counter one. Amazing pharmacy! My medication was ready for pick up maybe 15 minutes after my Dr. sent it over. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to help patients. I will be coming here moving forward, even though it's super out of the way for me! 10000000/10 I do recommend!
