Special-needs 101: I ordered a prescription from CVS yesterday, a machine calls me back they can't fill it they have to order it - out of stock. How is it not in stock? You’re a pharmacy. If I didn’t live in Avalon, I would not use this pharmacy. They are terrible! Several times , I have dropped of prescriptions and found out medicine is not available !! Don’t go here!!
While I've ordinarily had very good experience with the regular staff, during July bank holiday the Male pharmacist refused to request refill for my autistic son while the pharmacy was open on the bank holiday despite serious withdrawal effects. After requesting they do their job I've since learned the fax, which the pharmacist showed me from CVS requesting a refill for my son, was never even sent to the prescribing physician.
The male pharmacist is always rude when we come in for my childs meds and hung up on me tonight. This is the 4th chance we have given them. I will drive the 3 miles to walgreens from now on.
I should have read reviews before going to the pharmacy. The "fat pharmacist" is soo ridiculously unproffessional that he had me in tears. He screams out your perscription and what they are for clear across the room.and when approached about it he looked me in the eye and blamed me for it. go to the publix pharmacy right across the street.Better people and same prices. Save yourself the humiliation.
