would never use the pharmacy. incompetent
Prices are way to high.. Walmart and weis pharmacys are appx one third of the price. If prescription Is generic brand.and keep calling to refill orders that been cancelled.and their calls are bordering on harrassment..calling 2-3 times a day
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever delta with it no longer use them for years but my wife does they never have your prescriptions ready when they say they will then not only do they make you wait they treat you like your bothering them AWFUL TERRIBLE Use any one else!
dropped my prescription off last night at 5 o'clock. they said it would be ready in the morning. I work 3rd shift and I've sat here and waited for 30 minutes I give up I'm going home. I think this may be the last time I use CVS
I stopped in today to purchase a Maybelline eyebrow pencil. There were only 3 hanging on the display rack. Picked up one and noticed the package was torn open and the pencil was used (the tip was worn down and there were smudges on the back of the package.) picked up a second and it was in the same condition! The last remaining pencil appeared to be new. Brought the 2 used eyebrow pencils to the sales clerk at checkout and told him they were both opened and used and that the manager should be informed. I agree with earlier reviews. I have never had an uneventful experience at this store. Dropped off scripts on Sunday, was told they would be ready Tuesday. Received a call on Tues and one today that they were ready. Went to pick them up - only one was ready. Who wants to return? I am transferring our business to the CVS in Coatesville - where we never have trouble.
This CVS sucks. Turnover is monthly. They can't get their head out of their a$$. Go to Yoders. Go to Stauffer's. Go anywhere else.
