This CVS looked the restroom for costumers and is hard to find things in this store!
They cut customer service, also App doesnt want to work right. only 1 person in pharmacy; that of which is dangerous. they need to hire more people. they get a minus 10.
I LOVE the CVS worker in La Feria Texas! I dropped my debit card she found it and called immediately!! She saved me from having to cancel account and so much worry. Wish I knew her name. She works in pharmacy department. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
CVS in Lewisville, TX is attempting to ban my service dog from their location. The shift manager there also made rude and mean comments about me having a disability and needing a service dog. Right in front of my children no less. Contacted Corporate and was told a district manager would contact me about this issue but never got a call from anyone. Really upset and disappointed that a store like CVS who claims to be about care and health would treat a disabled person with a service dog this way!!!
I have written to Larry Merlo et al regarding several of your unprofessional employees in the NYC area, was contacted a few times your District Mgr, yet none of the bad behavior has changed. It's worsened. Went to cvs 10/7 11:45 spoke to a nice pharmacist in the back area who recommended DayQuil NyQuil for my sick wife & when I went to cash out I was asked for my Drivers License and I replied that I didn't have it and the douchebag of a cashier in the front had a huge smirk on his face and told me that he couldn't sell it to me. Needless to say I'm never going back to this store. Maybe if y'all had better customer service y'all wouldn't be people's last option. What a waste of my time!
Being sick on New Years Day is never fun but being able to quickly fill my prescription and get the treatment started is priceless. New pharmacy plan went into effect today so I knew where I had to go but then needed to find one that was not just open but also had pharmacy hours. Utilized the app to search for a store with 24 hour pharmacy and then had to decide which one to go to. Was able to verify in the phone what the hours of the pharmacy were before I drove there. Warning, unless you absolutely have no other choice do not use CVS on Corporate and 121. They aren't my normal pharmacy but mine was out of what I needed. CVS has the Worst service ever! The girl with the shaved head is horrible! They refused to file the correct insurance while I waited at the drive through. Said I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes.
