very rude especially LIBBY LEE! Worst of all the manager EVA requested a transfer of only 2 of my 4 prescriptions! I called customer service they are very incompetent!
Love their customer service they always call you back. They always address your concerns and they have a very positive attitude.
The pharmacist here is rude and unprofessional. She was rude to my elderly mother, then when I called to help she snapped at me for no reason. This is very disappointing because people need their medication but to have to deal with this type of unprofessionalism is sad. When speaking to my mom she talked to her like she was a child. CVS, when I tried to talk to someone else I was denied and guess what she still don’t have her medication. Do not shop here if you can help it. Terrible
