The wife usually handles the prescription drop offs and I didn’t know how the process worked.. the lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude and didn’t have to for me (the customer). Very unprofessional!
Everyone in the pharmacy has a terrible attitude and there's always something wrong with my prescription wether it be they lose it, have the wrong info then send me and my dr through hoops to fix it or just flat out lie to my dr saying I didn't want a prescription (yep that just happened).
I, love CVS. My, favorite cashier is a guy with long hair. He, is the best so sweet. All, cashier's Should be like him.
This pharmacy staff is the biggest joke ever. Totally rude. Losing prescriptions isn't cool. I have to use cvs due to my insurance, but I will fill my scripts at another one. Don't care how far I have to drive.
RUDE RUDE RUDE One of the only places in Crosby that remind me that racism still exist in this town. Even the African American/? Is RUDE as heck to black people. But they are just RUDE regardless.
