Worst customer service ever. They left us on hold for an hour and then were unhelpful and rude. And then they tried to tell us that CVS Caremark is a different company than CVS Pharmacy. These people are liars and thieves, do not trust them. Absolute scum of the earth. CVS enjoys causing pain to recovering cancer patients and revels in denying them the medicine that they need.

I am in the state of shock because of being humiliated and treated in high level of rudeness by one of CVS manager( looks like everyone in the store is manager) named 'Angie', who mention herself that she is manager of CVS located at belt line and walnut hill, in Irving,TX. When they pull a scrip off autofill because they've decided it's expired after 6 months (although the scrip and their own label say otherwise) and the Rx is for PREVENTION OF SEIZURES, it would be great to mention this to the patient BEFORE THEY NEED IT and have to call CVS to ask where their medicine is!
This location is my choice per pharmacy employees they are fast convienant and courteous .Thanks yall.!
This CVS is the best one I've been to. Have been going there for a couple of years.
