Worst pharmacy I ever been to! Lost my prescriptions found them but didn’t find them all, told me a time & the prescriptions weren’t even ready made me come back & fourth. Long lines, super long wait, workers talk to you as if you are dumb.

I went into the cvs on 35 Ave and glendale to get prescriptions filled. While waiting had to go to the restroom and I was told the bathrooms were out of order. That would be fine if I was not a diabetic and also stage 1 liver failure. Went up to the cashier Cindy to tell her that I could not hold it if there was any chance to use them because they were just closed and not out of order. No one answers the phone at all. I called 5 times and all the phone did was ring. I needed some information about my prescription and I couldn't even get that I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend CVS to anyone.
It has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the valley. Mail order is equally as bad. Sadly it's my only choice. Can't comment on customer service because there simply wasn't any!
5 hour wait time for the pharmacy is ridiculous. Needing prescription antibiotics and pain meds and was specifically told that in store customers were more important than my drive thru prescription. Why even have a drive thru if you can't keep up!? Will not be going back!
If you don't mind waiting 2 hours for prescribed pain medication then this is a place to go. The pharmacy is really slow. Walgreens I'm coming back.
