Customer service is awful.. They double charged my bank card and it took an act of congress to figure out how to give it back to me. Store managers don't know their head from a hole in the wall. Long story short.. We live 30 miles away and were told to get back in our car and drive back in and show them the receipt so they could credit it back to my card.
