I was assisted this morning by Debbie. She is the example of what genuine customer service is! Such a delightful personality and very informative. She took her time explaining how the Care Pass works and the benefits of having it. My shopping experience was a pleasant surprise that I didn't expect. Debbie demonstrated exactly what all Team Members should be trained and coached regarding Customer Service. I could visualize Debbie in an on-boarding training video! Kudos for the great hire! Great job Debbie!
