The location in Charlotte NC on Sunset road could answer the pharmacy line. I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone in the pharmacy. That is unacceptable, I don't care how busy they are. If my job did not use them as a preferred provider, I would never set foot in their stores. They are slow, they dont honor the reward points they give and they have high prices on everything. I would rather go to Walgreen's everyday and twice on Sunday. CVS SUCKS
