They refuse to call doctor to switch insulin as Medicare no longer covers Humalog, only Novolog. I came here February 5, 2015 so its been 4 months. They create multiple profiles for the same customer and can't locate scripts that were directly sent to pharmacy. This is a POORLY managed pharmacy. I picked Lantus on April 19, 2015, its a monthly prescription but they tell I can't pick it up till June 12, 2015
