RecommendedAdditionally I sent emails to the main cvs regarding very severe issues this store done and waiting for there answers.
El doctor me dijo que mi medicina de mi hijo estaba lista fui a recogerla y me dijeron 30 minutos espero 50 minutos en la fila de autos y para decirme q no está lista y que diera la vuelta para recogerla y esperas 1 hora mas que mal servicio
I received very poor service at the CVS in Stafford I will not be using them ever again the pharmacist decided to deny filling my prescription that the emergency room gave me because I chose not to disclose my personal health issues in front of other customers and with the pharmacy technician I should not have to explain my health issues with the pharmacist in order to get my prescriptions filled
Worst service ever. Wouldn't step foot in a CVS or ever use them for anything if I didn't have to due to insurance. Mistakes left and right on top of extremely poor customer service.
My CVS is courteous, helpful, and fast. They are 24 hours, convient, and i love earning extra care bucks! Go #1432
If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible service. Wrong medication, pharmacist trying to cover their own behind tried to give me wrong information. So done with cvs.
