I picked up my prescription last night and it was 30 pills short (half the prescription) I immediately called and let them know and went back today to get this resolved. They told me I was wrong that I had to have taken the pills out of the bottle and there was nothing they could do. I asked them to please count the inventory that there had to be a way to check. Friendly, older employees knowledgeable in all areas and VERY helpful. (New ones not so helpful, but they try.) Good pharmacy. On-site "mini-clinic." Handy for vaccinations, minor accidents &c. Good prices and discount card. Open 24 hr. (at last inquiry). Adjacent to 2 banks and a small strip mall with Pei Wei restaurant, Starbucks, yogurt, barber, beauty shop, pizza; plenty of other shopping nearby, + movie theatre, more restaurants &c.

This CVS has been VERY GOOD for the 11 years I've lived nearby and shopped there. Sometimes the (usually) two salespeople (associates? clerks?) are a bit busier than they need to be--a lot of people come in and sometimes they're stretched a bit. It appears that a new store management just took over (May 2016?) and they have instituted a real sharp policy of GETTING TO YOU AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN and TAKING YOU TO THE ITEMS YOU WANT! Some of the people in the Rx part don't always call out your name. Was sitting for 45 mins and then when asked if my stuff was ready someone had already put in the not hear will pick up later stack. Ugghh
