I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy, until today when being helped by the Pharmacy Manager (PM). The PM was very rude. I even mentioned that if I was rude, I was sorry. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t appreciate her attitude, and her response was, “Okay, that’s fine.” Zero apologies. CVS, please make better choices when hiring someone who is supposed to represent you.
Yolanda was extremely rude and disrespectful while I was in line waiting for my medicine and when she attentended some one prior to me in line and said it was my fault for being on my phone with my husband and I would have to wait in line with a rude tone , when she heard the others. Telling me to get my medicine since I was there before she said she would attend me but said it wasn’t yet ready and it was my fault for not having the number and I told her to calm down and she got upset so I just left with our medcine
