I'm very organized when it comes to my medication. You did your due diligence checking that there would be not bad interactions with other meds but when it came time to pick up, my HEART" medication A. it was no where to be found B. they once again ask about interactions (whomever i spoke to previously should have removed my old med and made a note) C. I get my prescription weekly. Tho it is supposed to be ready in the morning, I have to call every single time to ask why it isn't filled and wait hours for it to be done. Called at 8 am this morning, asked for it to be ready in an hour since it should have already been there. Now it is almost noon and guess what? Still not ready. You're pharmacists and not doctors. The worst place on earth. Always a 20 minute or more, wait in line. Today it was a forty minute wait and no one was in front of me. Thanks CVS for being terrible.
