I love this CVS. I used to Pharmacy a lot and have never in all the five years I've been going there complained. However there was a new pharmacist her name was Stephanie and she is not a permanent employee there she was very rude , had no people skills, and treated me like I was a complete idiot she needs to leave that store A big shout out to Almost 100% of the employees there! I have never had an issue until today
While the store employees are nice and very friendly; the pharmacy is a different story. My family has used this location for almost two years without a problem. Each of the male pharmacists and all of the customer service representatives are great, however, Guadalupe M Sandoval is rude and extremely disrespectful. If you have to use CVS there are many other locations I would strongly consider before ever going back to this location.
Worst customer service!! Will never use the pharmacy!!!
