I ordered a mug for Christmas to give to my dad on the 5th. It still has not been delivered but the rest of my order was. I've called multiple times and none of the employees seemed to be helpful or polite. I'm very disappointed as I am a regular CVS customer.

I was here with a friend who needed a prescription. The lady said it would take 15 minutes. It did not. They are fast here. We walked around the store a bit and with 7 or 8 minutes the script was ready.
