Every time I go to pickup a prescription there are typically 3 or 4 people ahead of me. Yesterday there were 5. I waited at least 15 minutes. Then I find out they still don't have correct insurance information even though I've had it for 6 weeks. I contacted my insurance company who told me everything was in place. The problem was with the pharmacy. Customer service has really gone down hill the last few years. I'm ready to switch to another pharmacy!

Good service and decent prices. Great hours if you need the pharmacy!
Bad pharmacy. Said my prescription would be ready by 3 and when I arrived at 5 it wasn't. They hadn't even called to get it renewed yet. Seemed understaffed, but don't say it'll be ready then.
