Today is just one example of the many times that CVS has let me down. This particular time, I dropped off 6 prescriptions and was told it would be an hour. I came back an hour and 10 minutes later, only to be told it'll be another 20 minutes. I came back in 25 minutes and was told to come back in another 20 minutes. I understand if you are understaffed. but I don't think that it's fair to all of your patients to understaff your store. I am currently sitting in the parking lot in my car waiting for 10:15 to come. Be nice! They need better customer service. They have so many people working in the Pharmacy Dept. and it still takes forever for them to fill your script. The line to pick up your script is always long but again they always have a lot of people working back there. I needed a script for my son and was told they had to order it and would take a week. I went back a week later and they forgot to order it to come back next week. I went back that following week still nothing after the 3rd week I just told them to give me the pres... read more
Horrible service. They gave me the wrong prescription. I seriously getting tired of this pharmacy. 😡
Horrible customer service and nasty attitudes. Never again. I have been waiting for my sons medicine for over a week only to be told that it has been discontinued. A phone call would have helped but I guess that's to much to ask.
EVERYONE IS RUDE!! ALWAYS TRYING TO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM IN ORDER TOO. NOTHINGS EVER READY WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE . I HAD MY MEDICATION MOVED TO ANOTHER CVS.
Been on hold almost an hour and no one has answered my call. It is definitely time to change pharmacies. Sick and tired of never getting an answer and being told my scrips will be ready and it never is. CVS sucks! Ru
