What is happening to our health care system? If I could give this pharmacy zero I would. One day after walking to the pharmacy on Valencia. I found my medication had been transferred to this pharmacy. I got there right at closing time. The pharmacist said he had worked 12 hours and was not going to help me. My review is not showing. The pharmacist abandoned the patient refusing to fill my prescription after walking past Ajo to Valencia. A man drove me to Spectrum. I have psoriatic arthritis this med relaxes my muscles relieving some pain. He said he worked 11 hours and would not fill another prescription. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and regularly worked 12 hours but had to stay 16 hours to chart, I think the pharm board has let pharms become too big for their britches and scope of practice. Pharmacist refuses to refill long time prescription for zolpidem (Ambien) though my insurance covers it and my doctor prescribed it for chronic intractable insomnia and complicated by bruxism. He was rude and condescending to my husband who was just picking up the medication. He actually said he didn't care what my doctor said or that I am an experienced, responsible user of this medication.
