I've dealt with numerous pharmacies over the years, and this CVS is undoubtedly the worst. It's poorly managed and staffed with consistently unhelpful, indifferent employees. Despite providing my phone number multiple times, I've never received a single text reminder about prescriptions. Their estimates on prescription readiness are wildly inconsistent, often stating a 4-hour window that abruptly changes to 24 hours without notice.
