Pharmacy was sent prescription the day before for my inhaler for shortness of breath. When I arrived the next day at 11am they said it isn't ready and I would have to wait 20minutes for it to be ready. So here I am struggling to breath and they said I have to wait. I guess getting an inhaler for breathing isn't an urgent prescription. In addition to the above, the staff was rude and reluctant to answer my questions about the prescription. A very dedicated pharmacist. They always call back promptly to answer any questions. They are very accommodating when you need a refill by calling doctor’s office or insurance. They are also very good at expediting refills to avoid patients running out of meds.

Picking up meds is a very generic experience but the pharmacists here are wonderful, kind, smart and thoughtful making a generic ux actually very pleasant!!!
With the CVS app being pretty much a customer service disaster, and CVS no longer taking direct calls (you have to leave a vm for them to call you back.. sometimes they do, sometimes they dont... you never know when), having a local pharmacy that both has stock and has responsive and friendly pharmacists has been great.
