With the CVS app being pretty much a customer service disaster, and CVS no longer taking direct calls (you have to leave a vm for them to call you back.. sometimes they do, sometimes they dont... you never know when), having a local pharmacy that both has stock and has responsive and friendly pharmacists has been great.
I have been very happy with the service at CVS pharmacy in the Target Vista. The staff are amazing and I always get great service in a very timely manner.
The woman pharmacist that mixes here has poor customer service and clearly is over her job, she was so rude when asking questions over my child’s prescription and was too lazy to even transfer it in the correct bottle for proper syringe suspension after mixing it, and when asked to transfer it to the proper one and not the inventory bottle she didn’t want to simply because she didn’t feel like it I had to ask several times
Absolute worst pharmacy! Terrible pharmacists. They are slow, and not incredibly inefficient! They messed up my ex and wouldn’t give me a new one! Do not go here!
