They straight up lied about having my meds in stock. After they lied to me a different CVS pharmacy told me the other one had my meds. There was no reason I need to drive multiple places.
Rude cashier and staff were bothered to do their job.. Not good considering the state of the economy..
I took in about seven prescriptions and said I only needed one of them filled that day and they've lost the rest of them instead of putting them in so I would have them when I need them. Not sure anything can be done at this point but I'm hoping my doctor believes me when I call her tomorrow and tell her I need all new ones. How are you a pharmacy and you lose someone's prescriptions instead of scanning them into the computer??
I went to cvs to find a product for my wife. Employees are rude & impatient, I refuse to do business with cvs.
The wait in the drive-thru is always ridiculous. If the drive-thru is for drop off and pick up of ready prescriptions only, why does it regularly take 15-20 minutes for one car?!
