I have never in my life had such a problem with a pharmacy. Figured I’d wait till later to call when they might not be so busy and When I called to speak to someone at the pharmacy and left on hold for over 40 min to get hung up on . Call back and no one knows that they are doing and when I finally get to speak the person in charge , I get hung up on a again. Im writing this review while I’m back on hold again for another 30 min . I’m picking up my prescription and never going back there again . This is so unnecessary
The staff at the pharmacy is very friendly and polite but the ability to get prescriptions on time or ever correct is a struggle. I think the staff is overworked and it’s a shame
I'm actually on hold with their corporate office due to how horrible the pharmacy is. I've worked my whole life in customer service and have never witnessed such bad service. I was on hold almost 30 minutes in reference to my husbands Cancer medications, someone picked up and then hung up. I called back and spoke to a manager who said "well, they are busy" after almost 3 months of problems, excuses arent good enough. ny husband has been a customer over 12 years, and we are switching to Walgreens. Horrible store bad help I go there at 4 times a week very rude pharmacy I go in 3 in morning and there is only one person working and she is very busy putting stock away I feel this woman is going to get hurt she is always working hard no help I went in today was informed to use self check out no I will not I want a cashier to her me This store is a bad store very dirty not stock the full amount out dated product lots of drugs out side store there are needles and drug addict begging for my money
always a problem with insurance. they never have my meds ready on time or have them in stock? what the hell?
Pharmacy is very unreliable. Dr. Called in prescription. Went to pick it up, they said nothing was there. Called Dr to confirm. Dr called it in over an hour and a half before. "Oh", she says, I didn't check the messages. Lo and behold, there it was along with several other calls no filled. Had to wait another 40min before I got my prescription. This store's efficiency and customer service has truly fallen. Used to be #1 reliable... no longer
The pharmacy staff is so rude. I will not return to that cvs for ANYTHING.
