I have recently undergone Total Knee Replacement Surgery. Even though I have been a customer of CVS for many years, on three occasions, CVS has refused to fill my valid prescriptions for pain meds. I have caught them lying about whether they have the meds in stock. I have sent emails to CVS complaining about their poor customer service, but they have not answered my emails. So, I have started doing business with Walgreens, (they have no trouble filling my valid prescriptions.) but I don't think that CVS should get away with ... read more
