All right CVS you all need to get your act together. I think you need drive-through lessons from Chick-fil-A. I just sat in the drive-through line for 40 minutes and only two customers were served in that time. There were still six cars in front of me and I don’t have hours to wait my time is valuable.
Pharmacy management is a joke. I had a COVID test scheduled for 11:30am. It’s snowing today and only one pharmacist is working because someone called in. I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half because no one can be bothered to help the only pharmacist on duty.
