When a text is sent saying prescriptions are ready for pick up, PLEASE...have them ready. To top it off I had been the only waiting in line and somebody else came and stood by another register and were waited on before me. I had been waiting 5 minutes. I always seem to have some issue at this location. Sad thing is that it closest to my house.

this pharmacy is the worst around. their system is always going down. They profile people and never have anything you need. unhelpful, and rude. they need to clean out their current staff and start new. along with classes on customer relations!

This review burned CVS so bad they called Largo PD on me.The review and my phone call to tell them they screwed the pooch and that I'm contacting corporate. 13998 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774 +17275952521 +17275876730 LARGO PD The medical system failed horribly when it couldn't recognize unique situation under its own regulations, to present new treatments, to issues like mechanical famtom pain. Are you really trying to tell me I can't buy something in YOUR store for the price that it shows on YOUR app? I drove all the way to this store because app shows you have the oximeter my dad needed for $35. I get there and it rings up at $50. Manager won't price match because it's an online price. YOUR app shows the product is available at YOUR store for $35. So you change prices on shoppers? This may get reported as false advertising if I don't hear back asap! I always have ah problem with CVS , Questioning me about my prescriptions like stole them, and then my doctor calls and now they still questioning his authority. They call me and say my meds will be ready about 4:00 , so I show up at 5:00 And they still ain't ready !!

Prescriptions from my doctor was faxed over yesterday May 27, 2016. Next day i called cvs pharmacy to see if prescriptions ready for pickup. I called 5 times each time i was placed on hold for more that 20 minutes. I ended up going there and there was only one customer ahead of me. I thought there was a very very long line. I also noticed there was only one person that answers the phone because she was the only one wearing a headset, the other employees seem not to care. This Pharmacy must be one of the busiest of all CVS. They are always slammed no matter when I come but they always are courteous and patient. I felt bad for the Pharmacist yesterday when a customer was screaming at her on the phone. Being in the service industry I understand how some people ca be so difficult. Hats off to her for maintaining her composure. The Ginger associate that rang me up is quite the hottie as well :-)
