CVS is god awful. Every product they offer is a piece of trash. And now when I got to pick up a prescription instead of telling them who I am I have to input a ton of info into a tablet. Changing pharmacies.
long wait and bad customer service, usually the team can't find where they place the prescriptions this make for longer wait associates do not wear name tags and we had not a single pick-up experience that its smooth and without incidents at this pharmacy No fast pick up, no prepaid options. Closing for lunch everyday make no sense and they close by 6pm. Love this CVS branch on my side of town. Friendly, courteous, informative staff. Scheduled several vaccine shots. Love the CVS Pharmacy app too. Keeps me updated for refills and vaccine schedules.
