I have been trying to reach to the pharmacy department for the last hour. I called them 5 times and was only able to get through the automated system once to be put on hold for over 15 minutes and finally gave up. I was at the drive through a few hours ago and I could see that they were not busy. One of the worst customer service experience ever...

I was trying to find a memory foam seat even cushion in store 187. The girl at the register didn't even bother to acknowledge that I needed assistance, and when I asked for help she stated that they did not have the product before I could explain what it was. I asked for the manager, and a girl in sweatpants, a nasty stained shirt, and bedroom shoes came up. She identified herself as the manager, and said the same thing before I could explain the item.
