The automated phone system is super frustrating and feels like it's intentionally obstructive. The robot operator just listed irrelevant options at me for about 3 minutes and then finally got an option to leave a voicemail - there is no possibility to call and speak to a staff member. The phones simply... do not accept Incoming calls. The pharmacy techs do return calls within the hour so it is possible to get in contact with the pharmacy, there are just extra steps involved that feel annoying to me personally

I was going to go here but it's literally impossible to call to ask a question. You can only talk to the AI that can't understand anything or leave a voicemail. This is so frustrating, I tried several times today and there is no way to get through. I'm switching to another pharmacy.
This is the best Pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer. All staff are friendly and attentive, answering any and all questions.
