Went in to pick up my grandmas prescriptions for her, and was told they needed to get them ready itd be about 20 mins. So i go back in abt 30 mins later to a rude woman who tells me one is on “hold” dosnt offer any explanation. And “the other is mucinex.” So I politely ask which one is the one i had to just wait the 20 mins for? (As thats the one i would need to pick up for my grandmother). Its sad that after using this place for years, i need to find another pharmacy because it has gone down the tubes. The staff is RUDE, UNHELPFUL, and just cant seem to get it together. If im going to trust the care of my family to someone, they need to know whst they are doing. Im done. CVS has lost me as a customer!
They never have your meds ready when you call them at 11am and go in to pick them up at 530pm and they are still not filled change you r places now for your meds
They don’t know what they are doing in there! Just switched pharmacies after years of using CVS.
I had quick service and everyone was very nice to deal with. I go here all the time for my prescriptions.
Funny enough as we were driving to the pharmacy today I mentioned to my wife how rude the one woman is in there. She agreed we both giggled and she went inside. She came back out and said she was rude again and didn't know how to do something that other pharmacies do with ease on a regular basis. I have lived in this area my whole life and have used cvs the whole time. You lost a customer today.. for good. Just left rite Aid across town same everything n no problem...
