I have been using this CVS Pharmacy for routine vaccinations for several years now and the staff have always left me feeling seen, heard, and especially well cared for.

Always clean & organized & staff working there is pleasant. Call first before trying to pick up presriptions, some are on backorder
I was denied the purchase of basic medical supplies and told it was "California law," which does not appear to be true. I've purchased the same items from other CVS locations without issue, making this experience feel arbitrary and potentially discriminatory. The pharmacist was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I'll be filing a complaint with the California State Board of Pharmacy so they can determine whether I was given false information and whether this conduct was appropriate.
Terrible experience. This pharmacist has absolutely zero empathy. All he seemed to care about was rushing back to the pharmacy counter to fill prescriptions so he wouldn't have to talk to anyone.
