I was denied the purchase of basic medical supplies and told it was "California law," which does not appear to be true. I've purchased the same items from other CVS locations without issue, making this experience feel arbitrary and potentially discriminatory. The pharmacist was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I'll be filing a complaint with the California State Board of Pharmacy so they can determine whether I was given false information and whether this conduct was appropriate.
Terrible experience. This pharmacist has absolutely zero empathy. All he seemed to care about was rushing back to the pharmacy counter to fill prescriptions so he wouldn't have to talk to anyone.
I have been coming here for many years and love it
Very rude people. Only one scrip filled, come back in an hour. still not ready -- come back later. They are at lunch. Wait one hour. Three months later, same drill. Find another place to get your meds.
Pharmacist and Monique are absolutely stellar re customer service and assisting with prescriptions. It was worth it to me to drive a little further so I could use this CVS because service was so outstanding.
