Great customer service. The pharmacist consistently work to fill prescriptions in a timely manner.
*Doctor said the pharmacy should contact them for any confusion or any missing information. I am just trying to pick up my prescription. I left again this morning without my prescription which i was sure would be sorted out by now. I did call my dr and have it resent, to no avail apparently? That doesnt seem right. I had a prescription sent and ready to pick up. The pharmacy tech told me it needed a diagnostic code from the doctor who sent it. Which is fine so I call and request that. There was a lot of confusion since the pharmacy could see the prescription. So I get the code from the doctor. I go back and ask for help at the front counter and they both stay in the back yelling across the room to me that I cannot pick up my prescription without the diagnostic code.
