I had a prescription sent and ready to pick up. The pharmacy tech told me it needed a diagnostic code from the doctor who sent it. Which is fine so I call and request that. There was a lot of confusion since the pharmacy could see the prescription. So I get the code from the doctor. I go back and ask for help at the front counter and they both stay in the back yelling across the room to me that I cannot pick up my prescription without the diagnostic code. My CVS pharmacy inside Target has a really knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist who goes out of his way to meet the customer needs.
They are consistently out of medications and super slow. But the staff is helpful
Lazy pharmacist closed up and left several minutes early so I wasn’t able to get my daughter’s antibiotics. Absolute garbage service here.
