It was a half hour after the minute clinic opened so I was first one there..but the dr was awesome! Fast and concise w answering my questions! So much better than going to my drs and waiting over a hour just to get in a waiting room! Was in and out in 25 mins!
I have had horrible service multiple times at this location. 10 plus minutes on hold to talk to someone and no notification about the status of scripts. Terrible customer service and the could care less. This review is only the first step in my complaint process for this pharmacy. I WILL be calling corporate and speaking to people so they know just how this location operates.
I was a customer before for sometime...until they told me they couldn't fill me injection script and told me I had to go to a "speciality parmacy". Went to the competition and never had a problem. Unfortunately I had to return this year because my insurance signed a contract with CVS. I hate it. Had new scripts transferred for the flu....took three hours to fill and when they did have scripts ready....THEY WERE THE WRONG SCRIPTS!.Then they didn't have my doctors information so they took my RA doctors name and put it on my pr... read more
Been lied to by their arrogant pharmacists. Called 3 different times to corporate to no avail. Go anywhere but CVS!!
Worst pharmacy ever!! No cares about customers! Don't fill scripts or loses them. They are rude!
