I had a problem there with the pharmacy talked to the pharmacy manager today asked him to look in to the problem and he hung the phone up on me and is trying to cover up the problem I called cvs head office and they will fix them problem and going to talk to them I wont be back I will use walgreens from now on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff is really nice and you can tell they are doing the best they can do. They seem to be understaffed at times but that doesn’t stop them from working hard. I always see them running around non-stop to help customers. The service might be slow at times but I don’t blame the staff for that. I can see they are doing everything they can and that’s what’s important to me.
Why does it take so long? Whether it be dropping off a prescription, picking one up..... I was the only one at the drive through window and I waited over 25 minutes to drop off a prescription...... Only to be told once someone came to the window that y’all were out of that medicine. Very frustrating, even if you are feeling well, more so when you’re sick
Short staffed. Lost physical prescription.
The pharmacist at my cvs on stage road in Memphis just helped me with a coupon. It saved me about $75. He even surprised me with it! Thank you so much for such kindness and service!!!! Blown away!
The Doctor e-sent 4 Prescriptions for my husband to this CVS-Bartlett at 7:30pm 1-5-18. 26 & 1/2 hours later they're still not ready for pickup. I drove there twice & have called numerous times. Currently waiting on the phone for answers. Been on the phone over an hour. I don't think the Dr would've prescribed them if he didn't need them. He's very sick & this is unacceptable to make patients wait this long for their prescriptions to be filled. If he ends up in the hospital. If I could give lower I would. After today being the third or fourth time in a row I've been on hold for 25+ minutes while waiting to ask for my new prescriptions to be filled while I run errands, I gave up. The entire time I was on hold I was able to get groceries, leave the store, go to Walgreens, and ask them to transfer all my stuff from here to them instead. RIDICULOUS!
