The pharmacy dept personel are simply NOT helpful or very nice actually. we were in at 8:30 Friday night 30 minutes before closing and when we tried to ask a question about our prescription he actually said 'we are closing soon'.... so this question might take 1 min on your computer?? NOT helpful AT ALL... I am going to move my prescription to ANYWHERE but here.... please CVS Anaheim Hills DO BETTER
It was relatively fast service. The member that assisted me was efficient and prompt to look up and get my prescriptions.
I had a great experience getting vaccinated at my local CVS. I followed the instructions of the Pharmacist and didn't experience any pain that is typical after getting a Tetanus shot. The Pharmacist was a very lovely gentleman who did a great job with my Covid booster and my Tetanus shot. High 5 to my CVS on Anaheim Hills Rd. for being so good at doing vaccinations. You are the best at it. Thank you so much for doing vaccines and for being an excellent pharmacy.
All of the staff at this CVS pharmacy are very helpful, wonderful and kind. I appreciate how well they communicate and work to resolve any issues that arise. I highly recommend filling your prescriptions here for an easy and hassle free experience. Thank you!! 😊
