These people couldn’t empty a pill bottle if the instructions were printed on the bottom. Every refill is a nightmarish battle with this store’s employees, who will gladly go out of their way to make it more challenging. They lie, they regularly I put wrong info into their systems, making future refills even harder to fill and if you call them on it, they act like 5 olds.
In this particular climate of rules and regulations surrounding c2 meds I have unfortunately dealt with some really bad pharmacies/pharmacists. And I am aware that some people have some not so great experiences at CERTAIN cvs locations …however credit is given where it’s due ! This location has been nothing but respectful , responsive , kind and have gone out of there way to make me feel less stressed about picking up my meds (the judgement passed by some is not easy to deal with ) .
