I visited the store to purchase a specific at-home test, which my online order indicated was out of stock. I approached the pharmacist for assistance, and while she did point me toward a general area, she did not leave the pharmacy to help further. When I explained that I was unable to locate the item and only saw other products, she responded that the items had been moved and she was unsure of their location, then proceeded to assist another customers and ignore me. Super sad that I have to write this but due to the climate of everything going on with pain meds if I can help a fellow chronic pain patient I will . I have been going to this store for almost a year and wrote an amazing review after a few months due to genuinely positive experience. I've gone here several times askimg for my wife's medication only for them to tell me several times there wasn't any. Then the 7th time I physically showed them on my phone they have made a mistake every time because there was medication and they weren't looking. They proceeded to hand me her medication with her with me every time. Yesterday I go to my doctor for an emergency appointment because I'm in a lot of pain. CVS inside Target is amazing. They anticipate needs and are on top of everything. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I won't use any other pharmacy, especially not King Soopers. Hey King Soopers go get your staff trained here!!!
